Queen Bee Retreats

Queen Bee Retreats was launched in 2019 in the Balearic Islands and the retreats now also take place on the mystical island of Crete. The intention behind the retreats is to create a safe space for female leaders (in any sphere) to tune into themselves and explore what the concept of leadership means for them in this current moment. The desire to create Queen Bee Retreats came from new understandings that I gained after becoming a researcher of leadership; things I wish I had known when I was in formal leadership roles during my first career. At the same time, I have been a yoga teacher for over 20 years and Queen Bee Retreats is a fusion of both sides of my world – understanding self-leadership intellectually and through the wisdom of our bodies. Our existing models of leadership are no longer working and we need to explore, in community, what else is possible.
